“One study compared the calories burned during 30 minutes each of HIIT (conducted on a stationary bike such as the ECHO BIKE), weight training, running and road-biking. The researchers found that HIIT burned 25–30% more calories than the other forms of exercise. In this study, a HIIT repetition consisted of 20 seconds of biking for maximal effort, followed by 40 seconds of rest.
This means that the participants were actually only exercising for 1/3 of the time that the running and biking groups were.”

Strongman’s Cardio Workout 1 – Echo Bike Exercises
For the foreseeable future
Echo Bike: 21-15-9 calories
ten strongman sandbag over shoulders (150/100 lb) following each set
Row calories: 21-15-9
After each set, perform 10 Dumbbell Box Step-Ups (24/20 in, 2×50/35 lb)
In order to complete a total of 21 calories on the assault bike and 10 sandbags over the shoulders, you must first complete a total of 15 calories on the assault cycle. Then do a 21-calorie row, followed by 10 box step-ups with a DB in each hand, followed by 15-calorie row, 10 box step-ups, and finally a 9-calorie row, 10 box step-ups.
The score represents the amount of time it takes to finish the exercise.
Scaling
In addition to adjusting the weight of the sandbag and DBs, the height of the boxes may be adjusted as well.

Observance of Routines
Calories must be consumed before the handlebars may be released.
The Burpee Box Jump Over requires you to face the Box. Both the torso and the hips must be on the floor. Stepping off the Box is permitted, however jumping onto the Box requires a two-foot take-off.
You can bring the Dumbbells to your shoulders if you need to perform Devil Presses. Ensure that your chest and thighs touch the ground at the top of each rep and that your arms, hips, and knees are completely stretched at the top of each rep.

Timing is what determines how well you do on a project.
Big sets are great, but be careful not to overdo it. Penalty reps will wear you out fast.
Equipment: Men use 75# 24″ for thrusters and burpee box jumps, while ladies use 55# 20″. In the absence of an Echo Bike, any calorie-counting machine will suffice. As an illustration, consider these sports: rowing; air running; air biking; skiing
